We’re pleased to have completed our Coleridge Way development in Borehamwood, delivering 18 new two-bedroom homes across Blocks A and B for Watford Community Housing, now Chime Housing.

The scheme included the construction of the new homes together with associated parking, communal areas and external works, creating a completed residential development ready for its new residents.

Coleridge Way was a challenging project at times, requiring careful coordination, practical problem solving and close collaboration between our team, the client, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.

For us, successful delivery is about more than simply completing the build. It is about how we work throughout the project, how we respond when challenges arise and the standard of the finished homes we hand over.

We’re proud of what has been achieved at Coleridge Way and grateful to everyone who played a part in getting the scheme over the line.

Most importantly, the development now provides 18 much-needed new homes in Borehamwood, ready for the people who will live in them.
