As Managing Director, Dan plays a leading role in client engagement and strategic development. His extensive knowledge of residential construction allows him to identify opportunities, unlock value, and guide clients through every stage of the development process.

With 24 years of industry experience, Danny Bridge has built a career grounded in technical expertise and operational leadership. Beginning with a trade background, Danny progressed into construction management, developing a deep understanding of project delivery across a wide range of sectors, including new build housing, refurbishment works, and complex construction schemes.

Vannessa Dockerill
Vanessa Dockerill brings over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry, with a strong background spanning both public and private sector roles. Her comprehensive insight into project delivery covers perspectives from both contractor and client, enabling a well-rounded commercial approach.
Holding a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying, an MSc in Construction Law, and membership of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb), Vanessa applies her extensive expertise to lead DGK’s commercial operations. Her responsibilities include land sourcing, fostering new client relationships, and strengthening commercial procedures to support sustainable business growth.
Vanessa’s strategic vision and rigorous commercial management ensure DGK consistently maximises value while maintaining compliance and best practice throughout every project.

Andrew Stadnyk
Andy brings 10 years of experience within the construction industry, having progressed from a buyer role into quantity surveying. This diverse background has equipped him with a strong blend of commercial insight and technical understanding.
At DGK Construction, Andy manages subcontract procurement, administration of main contracts, and financial performance reporting. He maintains direct engagement with the client’s professional team, including project managers and employer’s agents, ensuring seamless communication and effective project coordination.
Andy’s combined commercial acumen and technical expertise enable him to thoroughly review projects, balancing value, cost control, and quality to support DGK’s commitment to delivering excellence.

Dean Baker brings 22 years of UK construction industry experience to his role as Procurement Manager at DGK Construction. His extensive career has developed a strong expertise in procurement, specifically tailored to meet the demands of complex construction projects.
At DGK, Dean leads the sourcing of materials and cultivates strategic supplier relationships to ensure the highest standards of quality and reliability. His meticulous oversight and commercial acumen play a key role in enabling DGK to deliver projects efficiently and effectively across the UK.

In his role as After Care Manager at DGK Construction, Steve leads the handover and post-completion processes, working proactively with site teams to ensure full adherence to client requirements.
